I have been interested in “alternative” health and wellbeing my whole life. I have always seen things from a different view point than most people that surrounded me. From this experience I have learnt more about who I am, what I stand for, and what is important.

I was fortunate to be introduced to essential oils as a child, thanks to my Mum for selling them. I started using DoTerra Oils in 2018, while struggling with 'situational overwhelm' (diagnosed as depression and anxiety). With trial and error, I found the perfect combonation that helped me slowly lift myself out of my black cloud, without taking any prescription medication. I have since been Intuiting blends to help myself, family and friends.

My love for spirituality and alternative ways of being lead me to learn more about numerology, muscle testing and sabotage clearning, Aurora Therapy, EFT, The Emotion Code, Mindfullness, and Angelic Reiki.  Every session with me could use some, or all, of the tools listed, to bring to you a unique experience for healing and release. I will also help empower you to add them to your own tool box, so that you can Help Yourself at home.

Lastly, but no less importantly, I am a Homescholing Mama of 2 children. I strongly belive that children are the Future of our World and so they need to be nurtured and supported to get through whatever Life presents to them. So I am passionate about running groups for children as well. These group and classes can give children some tools to put in their own tool box – from mindfulness techniqes, roller blend make and takes, guided meditations, journalling, Gratitude activities, I Am’s, creating stronger friendships and Personal Image.
